In the Home app, you can view a list of business conditions that are related to the current user in the Business Conditions (BC's) widget and act upon it. For more information, see Configure Business Conditions Widget. A maximum of 20 business conditions are displayed in the widget. By default, the business conditions includes both mapped or unmapped workflows and are sorted based on the maximum number of failures.

The number displayed corresponding to the business condition link indicates the count of the failed entities. You can perform any of the following:
- Sort the business conditions by Sort by Name or Sort by Count.
- Click
for a full page view of the widget or 
to collapse the widget. - Click on the
icon to sort the business conditions alphabetically or click on the 
icon to sort the business conditions based on the maximum number of failures. - Click the business condition link, the Search page displays the entities that are related to the selected business condition.
- Workflow with multiple entity types.
- Transition, Take, Release, and Reassign actions are disabled from the Actions drop-down in the Search page for failed business conditions.
