The Visual Analytics app is an intuitive and user-friendly dashboard that displays large volume of your data in a chart. These representations provide visibility to the historical trends, anomalies, and relationships within the data, significantly reducing the time required for analysis. These reports also highlight the discrepancies and inconsistencies in data. Using these, you can perform data quality checks ensuring a single and accurate source of truth.
The following are the out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports:
To view reports:
- On the navigation menu, click the Visual Analytics app.

Result: The Reports page is displayed with out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports.

- Click on any of the reports to view the details.
Entity Summary
The Entity Summary allows you to summarize and understand the existing entities in the application. The report displays the summary of all the entities that are distributed across Entity Type, Hierarchy, Context, users who created, users who modified, and relationship type and many more dimensions.

Data Quality
The Data Quality report allows you to view entities based on various Business Conditions. You can view govern entities. These details help in determining the market trends.

Workflow SLA
The Workflow SLA report displays the analysis of the entity workflow in the real world. You can view the summary of all the entities that are in different stages of the workflow and their activity details. The report encompasses of the average time spent on each stage of a workflow process for Entity Type, Contexts, Hierarchy, Context, and User.

Trend Report
The Trend Report enables you to closely analyze the trend of Data Compliance, Data Error, Exported Entities, Workflow Completion, and View Activity Completion Analysis for a given period of time. You can also share the trend report with other roles. For more information, see Publish reports for specific Roles. Sharing the trending report or the dashboard and their underlying visuals expose data to users who normally would not have access to the data.
