The Automotive File Load Dashboard offers a consolidated view of file load information for ACES and PIES XML files. This provides you better insights into the status of your loaded files.
To access the dashboard:
- On the navigation menu, click the Automotive File Load Dashboard option.

Result: The application displays the dashboard page.

The dashboard displays the following two accordions:
- Load Trend (Weekly): This accordion displays the load trend for the current week. The X-axis represents the weeks, while the Y-axis represents the number of loads containing the values of the task status.
- Automotive Data: This accordion displays the data in a tabular format. The results are based on the filter values selected in the grid and graph bar selected in the Load Trend (Weekly) accordion.
The dashboard allows you to perform the following:
- Filter results based on graph in Load Trend (Weekly)
- View and Filter Automotive Data
- Search Uploaded XML Files via Filters
- View Additional Information
- Download the Automotive Data records
Filter results based on graph in Load Trend (Weekly)
By default, the Load Trend (Weekly) accordion displays graphs based on data of both ACES and PIES uploads. You can hover on any of the graph layout to view the data and click it to view the filtered results in the Automotive Data grid.
Scenario
Consider you wish to view the results for all the tasks completed successfully on 13/10/2025. To view:
- Click on the graph corresponding to the date and the Completed task. A sample screenshot is displayed.

Result: The application displays the filtered results in the Automotive Data grid corresponding to the graph selected.

If you have selected ACES value in the File Type dropdown, the application displays only the ACES data in the grid. Similarly, if you select PIES value, the application displays only the PIES data.
View and Filter Automotive Data
The Automotive Data accordion displays the following columns in a tabular format:
- File Name: Displays the uploaded XML File Name.
- File Size: Displays the file size in megabytes (MB).
- File Type: Displays the File Type (ACES/PIES) along with the version number.
- Status: Displays the file upload status.
- Sub Status: Displays the sub-status of the error if it is a File Error or a System Error.
- Additional Information: Displays the additional information, such as Vendor ID, Record Count, Submitted By, and so on. For more information, see View Additional information.
- The platform's retention limit by default is set to 90 days.
- The dashboard allows you to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
Search Uploaded XML Files via Filters
The uploaded XML files can be searched or sorted by applying the filters to view the summary of the files based on the requirements:
- File Type: Use this filter to view the data of the uploaded XML files based on the File Type.
- All: Displays file load information for ACES and PIES files.
- ACES: Displays file load information for ACES files.
- PIES: Displays file load information for PIES files.

- From Last: Use this filter to view the file details based on the number of days. Example: If the selected duration is 7 days, you can view file details from the past 7 days up to the current date.

- Status: Use this filter to view the data of the uploaded XML files based on the status types.
- Completed
- Completed with Errors
- Errored
- Processing
- Queued

- Sub Status: Use this filter to view the file details based on their processing error sub statuses.
- All
- System Error
- File Error

You can also use the search bar to provide values like File Name, File Type, Status, Load Start or Load End and search for data in the dashboard.

For example, if you use Completed as the search query, the files relevant to the search results are displayed.

You can also click Reset to remove the filters.

View Additional Information
The Automotive File Load Dashboard page also allows you to view additional information for the uploaded file. To view, click the Edit icon under the Additional Information column.

The application displays a dialog box with information such as Vendor ID, Vendor, Submitted By, and so on. In addition, it displays links to certain pages, such as Vendor Item, Market Copy, and so on.

Upon clicking the links, the application redirects you to the corresponding page. A sample of screenshot of Vendor Item is displayed.

Download the Automotive Data records
You can download the records displayed in the Automotive Data accordion. These records are displayed based on the filters selected above.
To download:
- Click the Download icon in the Automotive Data accordion.

Result: A Download CSV dialog box is displayed.

- Click Show task details.
- In the Task Details page, click the Download icon.

Result: A CSV file is downloaded.
