Load Lineage

Typically, net change statuses are based on the uploaded files and the current load’s Net Change Status can be viewed in the Summary Stats Attributes tab of the Entity Manage page. To view a consolidated report of the history of the net change statuses by a catalog, you can use the Load Lineage tab in the Entity Manage page.

Prerequisite

• Configure Load Lineage tab in Entity Manage page

The Load Lineage summary grid displays the following details for each load associated with the catalog:

• Catalog Summary: Displays the Catalog Key, number of Application Groups and Applications in the catalog.
• File Upload Details: Displays key details of the uploaded files such as Load Timestamp, File Name, and Task ID. You can also download the File Upload Report for reference.
• Application Group Details: Displays key details about the Application Groups in the catalog such as the number of application groups Accepted, Rejected, and so on.
• Application Details: Displays key application related details such as the number of New application, the number of applications that have been Accepted and Rejected.

Scenario

Consider that you want to review the changes to a catalog by its load history:

1. On the navigation menu, Click Search > Search Applications app.

Result: The Search Automotive Domain page is displayed.

2. Click the required Catalog Name link.

Result: The Catalog Manage page is displayed.

3. Click the Load Lineage tab

Result: The Load Lineage grid is displayed with the net change status and other relevant Application Group and Application related details.

Configure Load Lineage tab in Entity Manage page

To display the Load Lineage tab in the Entity Manage page, the following configurations must be specified in the rock-entity-detail-tabs_automotive-loads-lineage_catalog_uiConfig file and uploaded to your tenant. For more information, see Upload Tenant Seed Data.

Configuration Details

In the JSON, specify the following:
"jsonData" > "tabItems" > "visible": Specify a true value to display the Load Lineage tab in the Entity Manage page. You can specify a false value to hide the tab.

If you want to display the Load Lineage tab for a different locale such as de-DE, you must configure a new file and upload it in your tenant. You can specify the properties in the messages object.
