The "System Load Badge" displays the current tenant's "processing backlog status" and the estimated time of completion of that workload for your tenant. This helps users understand whether the system is "idle" and they can start a load activity or expect a quick completion of an ongoing activity, or whether the system is already "loaded" and they should defer the start of a load activity or expect a delay in the completion of an ongoing activity.
Currently, if the number of entities created or updated across entity types per hour reaches the defined limit, the system throttles the processing. The system checks the lag every 5 mins across the following main services: Data Save, Data Validation, Automation and Advanced Validations, and Advanced Automations. The processing time is now calculated based on the lag that occurred from any of these main services and sets the tenant to the respective state (Green, Yellow, and Orange).
The "System Load Badge" option in the application header appears in 3 states (Green, Yellow, and Orange).
- Green State (Healthy system) - This is the normal mode with utilization within limits. The messages will be processed immediately based on the current queue size.

- Yellow State (Moderately loaded system) - This state is enabled if the lag exceeds 5 mins of processing time, and is less than an hours of processing time.

- Orange State (Overloaded system)- This state is enabled, when there is a large volume of pending processing at the contracted rate, and the lag is beyond an hour but less than 24 hours.

If you keep the System Health and Process Flow app open in the application, it prevents you from being automatically logged out when your system is idle. This is because the system refreshes the System Health data displayed for every 30 seconds.
