View Entities associated to workflow

You can view all the entities that are associated with the particular workflow step in the Search page.

• If you filter the entities or attribute values and if it exceeds the 30K limit, then a confirmation message "The search results may not show all entities because a complex search query is used" is displayed. For more information, see Get accurate results via Combined Get query.
• When a default sort order is configured in the Search page, you can view only the first set of entities (30K) that are associated with the workflow step. If a default sort order or search criteria is not configured in the Search page, you can view all the entities that are associated with the workflow step.

Scenario 1

Consider that you wish to view all the entities that are associated with the particular workflow step. Note that, in this case, the default sort order is not configured.

To view all the entities associated with the particular workflow step in the Search page:

1. On the navigation menu, click the Home app to view the list of all My To-Do's tasks. For more information, see Home App.

   Result: List of all new Suppliers, if any, to be submitted are listed in the Supplier Enrichment widget.

2. Click Supplier Introduction in the widget. You can also search for Suppliers that you wish to take using the search textbox.

   Result: A list of all the Suppliers is displayed in the Search page.

Scenario 2

Consider that you have a requirement to view only the 30K entities that are associated with the particular workflow step in the Search page. Note that, in this case, the default sort order is configured.

To view only 30K entities that are associated with the particular workflow step in the Search page:

1. On the navigation menu, click the Home app to view the list of all My To-Do's tasks.

   Result: A list of all new Suppliers, if any, to be submitted are listed in the Supplier Enrichment workflow.

2. Click Supplier Introduction in the widget.

   Result: A list of all the Suppliers are displayed in the Search page.

• In the Search page, when you perform a 'Keyword' or 'Refine Search', the results are filtered and displayed based on the combined query. A confirmation message is displayed if the entities exceed more than 30K.

Scenario 3

Consider you wish to view the entities associated with New Supplier Enrichment and the Ready for Transition business condition.

To view the entities:

1. In the Home page, click Supplier Enrichment from the My To-Do's widget.

2. Click More Details corresponding to Supplier Introduction.

3. Click Ready for Transition.

Result: The application displays all entities associated to Supplier Enrichment workflow and having business condition status as passed.
