Enable Syndication via PIM Application

To view the Content Experience Suite in the Application Header - left hand side dropdown of Enterprise Data Suite, you must configure the following:

  1. Download the global-settings-tenant.json config file from the tenant.

  1. Perform the following settings in jsonData.config.platformSwitcher object:

    • enabled: Set this property value to “true”.
    • CESURL: Specify the Syndication URL provided during the deployment of PIM-Syndication on your tenant. For example, https://sso.uat.syndigo.com/ is your Syndication URL.

  2. Load the updated UI config for the respective tenant. See Upload Tenant Seed Data in System Administrator's Documentation. After loading the configuration successfully, login with appropriate credentials.
    The Content Experience Suite is successfully configured and viewed as below:

Syndication URL Configuration via UI Config Manage Page

If you are a System Administrator, you can configure the Syndication URL via UI Config Manage page.

To configure the Syndication URL via UI Config Manage page, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to System Administration > UI Config Manage on the left navigation menu.

    Result: The UI Config Manage page is displayed.

  2. Go to the Platform Switcher property and update the Syndication URL.
