Login to App via SSO
The application allows you to log in and access Product Information Management (PIM) and Syndication with single sign-on (SSO).
- The SSO is not supported when there are multiple roles associated with the user.
- To access the Syndication application using PIM, you need to enable a few configurations. For more information, see UI Configurations to Enable Syndication via PIM Application. Also, for the complete set up of SSO for the PIM and Syndication applications, contact OPS team.
Log in to PIM
To log in to the PIM application, perform the following:

Open the application using the URL. Enter the required username and click Next.
Result: You are redirected to another login page.

Enter the same username and associated password. Click LOG IN.
Result: The Enterprise Data Suite Home page is displayed.
Log in to Syndication
To log in to the Syndication application, perform the following:
- Go to the Enterprise Data Suite dropdown menu available on the application header > click Content Experience Suite.
Result: The Content Experience Suite application is displayed on a new browser tab.
2. Select the required vendor on the Select Account page and click LOGIN. Here, we have selected Demo Account FoodService.
Result: The Home page of the selected vendor account is displayed in the Syndication application. Here, the Home page of the Demo Account FoodService is displayed.
Log out of PIM
You can log out of the PIM application at any point of time. For more information on how to log out using the PIM application, see the Logout section in Login & Logout.
Log out of Syndication
To log out of the Syndication application, perform the following:
- Click the user profile icon on the application header > Logout.
