    • A product may fail to publish on schedule if it isn't 100% ready and the recipient's schedule only accepts products that are 100% ready.

To publish multiple products to the manually configured recipient immediately:

  1. Go to the Products page and select the manually configured recipient using the Recipient filter.

  2. Select the products that you want to publish and click BulkPublish_icon.png.

  3. Click on Publish Now within the modal and click Next.

  5. Review the results after processing completes:

    • Successfully validated products are published successfully to the recipient.MC_recipient_BulkPublish-02.png
    • Products may occasionally fail to publish when there is no active schedule for the recipient.
Note:
  • A version published using Publish Now is also published on the recipient’s schedule automatically, provided it meets the schedule's (distribution) readiness requirements.

  • When you Publish Now for a manually configured recipient, the product data goes immediately to the contacts set up on the recipient's schedule, without waiting for the next scheduled run.

  • If processing takes longer than expected, you can close the processing pop-up and monitor the task in the Currently Running section of the Background Tasks popover.
