The application allows you to add single or multiple contact details to a supplier. A streamlined workflow is defined where the application categorizes the reuploaded documents that are linked to the contact and triggers a notification to the supplier.
To add Supplier Contact details:

On the navigation menu, click the Search Suppliers app.

Result: The Search page is displayed.

Click the Supplier Name link.

Result: The Entity Manage page is displayed.

Select Contact(s) from the Relationships drop-down list.

Result: The Contact(s) Relationships tab is displayed. -
Select either Add or Upload & Add from the More Actions drop-down list.

- If Add is selected, the Add Relationship tab is displayed. Select the contact from the Add Relationship tab and click Save.

Result: A confirmation message Relationships Saved is displayed and the grid displays the mapped contact.

Or
- If Upload & Add is selected, the Create & add Contact page is displayed. You can enter the values and click Create.


Result: A confirmation message Relationships saved is displayed and the grid displays the created contact.
