The Digital Asset Library (DAL) app allows you to manage digital assets such as documents (pdf), images, videos, and audio files. In DMS, you can manage assets such as declaration letter, payable setup forms, letter of guarantee agreements (LOG), declaration letters, license or tax permits, verification forms, acknowledgements, certificates, insurances and so on.
The supported file formats are as follows:
- .txt
- .pptx
- .ppt
- .doc
- .docx
- .rtf
- .xls
- .xlx
- .csv
You can also upload the assets as Image, Audio and Video, but DMS only handles Document type assets.
You can perform some of the common actions such as Bulk Operation, Quick Manage, Delete, Upload, Download (Excel or CSV), Original Asset Download, Refresh, and view the assets in like Tabular, List or Tile grid.
Some of the common actions that you can perform in Digital Asset Library app are tabulated below.

Click Quick Look icon to view the selected asset in a larger view. Image and Document can be viewed in larger view can be played in larger view. |

Click View & Manage icon to view and manage digital assets such as Audio, Document, Image, and Video files. |

Click Download Original Asset icon to download the original asset file from the UI. Note: You can download twenty assets at a time and you are not allowed to repeat download of same digital asset. |
To navigate to the digital asset library app:

On the navigation menu, click the Digital Asset Library app.
Result: The Search page is displayed.
