The ACES App - Process Configuration provides the flexibility for users to enable or disable the Auto Care data validation rules and other extended validations to be executed during the ACES XML import. The process configuration is available for users based on the application default role settings and user authorizations.
The system performs the validations based on the status of the each Data validation rule.

| Disabled | Select the status of validation to "Disabled" to skip the particular validation during ACES XML import. |

Scenario
Consider that you wish to skip or disable the "Conflicting Application" validation for certain Brand or Part Types on the onboarded data.
To skip the validation on the onboarded data:

On the navigation menu, click Auto App – Process Configuration app.
Result: The "Process Configuration" page is displayed with a list of all validations. By default, all the configurations are enabled and the system executes the all validations on the imported ACES XML File.

Disable the Conflicting Application validation and click Save.
Result: A confirmation notification message "Request Submitted is displayed.

When the user imports ACES XML file, the system skips the "Conflicting Application" validation.
