The Authorization model definition template in Excel format helps you to define and manage the roles, map users to role, base permissions, and EARC permission in the application. Administrator or Merchant roles with the corresponding authorization are available out-of-the-box in the application.

Worksheets in Authorization Model Template

The template allows you to define your data model using different worksheets in the template.

Worksheets Description
Metadata You can select whether to load or import the specific authorization model details to the application or not in this worksheet.
Roles You can manage different types of roles such as admin, reader in the application in this worksheet.
Base Permissions You can manage different types of permissions such as attributes, relationships, and context permissions for a user, domain, and entity type in this worksheet.
Populate EARC Permissions You can manage ownership related permissions of an attribute for a context in this worksheet.
Populate Model Base Permissions You can manage different types of role-based permissions such as attributes, relationships, context, and property permissions at the model level in this worksheet.
Populate Model EARC Permissions You can manage role-based EARC permission for the properties at the model level in this worksheet.
Locale Permissions You can manage different types of permissions such as attributes, relationships, and context permissions for a user, domain, and entity type in this worksheet.
Users You can manage different types of users such as admin, reader in the application in this worksheet.
