Add Classification for UOM Attributes

Let us understand how to add classification for the UOM attributes?

You can add classification for the UOM specific attributes from the Taxonomy & Classifications Model. For more information, see Taxonomy & Classifications Model.

Consider you wish to add classification for the UOM specific attributes. In the Taxonomy & Classifications template, you must add the UOM specific attributes in the Attributes sheet and the map these attributes in Context in C-A-R sheet.

To add classifications for UOM attributes:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Configuration > Data Models > Taxonomy & Classifications Model app.

    Result: The Taxonomy & Classifications Model page is displayed.

  2. Click Download to download the Taxonomy & Classifications Model template.

    Result: The Context Model template is downloaded to your system.

  3. Open the template and enter the following details in the Categories sheet. For more information, see Populate Category Model.

  1. Save the file and drag and drop the excel file or click Upload File to upload the template in the Taxonomy & Classifications Model page.

  2. On the navigation menu, click the Configuration > Data Models > Thing Domain Data Model app.

    Results: The Search page is displayed.

  3. Search and select a SKU from the list.

    Results: The Entity Manage page is displayed.

  4. Select Enhancer Attributes from the Attributes drop-down.

    Results: The Enhancer Attributes grid is displayed the UOM attributes with the mapped categories. A sample screenshot of the UOM attributes and the mapped categories is displayed in the Entity Manage page.
