ACES app allows you to maintain assets. Assets include various types of unstructured content including but not limited to word or PDF Documents, images, drawings, flyers, and spreadsheets. Asset can be used to enrich the entities as it provides more tangible details about the entity. This App provides the ability to access and manage digital assets such as Audio, Document, Image, and Video files.
The Search page allows you to quickly perform certain actions on the selected entities in the search results. The Search Applications page allows to manually link assets (Image, Video, Document and Audio) to an entity and view linked asset from Entity Manage page.
Scenario
Consider that you wish to manually link Image asset to an Application record and view the linked Application from the Entity Manage page.
To link an image to the Application:

On the navigation menu, click Search > Search Applications app.
Result: The Search page is displayed with all the existing entities in the search results.

Select one of the Application from the list and click Quick Manage icon.
Result: The Attributes split window displaying all details of the selected asset.

Click the 'expand' icon to navigate to the Entity Manage page.
Result: Entity Manage page is displayed along with the asset details.

Select Image Assets from the Assets tab and click Add.
Result: The Add Relationships dialog box is displayed with a list of assets.
If you wish to upload assets via UI, navigate to Quick Actions > Upload Assets.
- Select one or more asset from the list and click Save. The selected assetss are displayed in the Relationships tab.

Click "Summary" tab to view the image linked to the Application.
Result: You can view the image mapped to the Application in the "Entity Manage" page.
