Vendors or Suppliers can create a new Note entity by quickly uploading multiple Note records into the system using the ACES XML file.

Consider that vendors or suppliers uploads an ACES XML file with multiple "Notes" to the application. You can upload bulk entities via ACES XML file using Quick Actions > Upload Data option. For more information, see Quickstart for Uploading ACES Data.

Notes:
  • If a locale is not specified in the XML tag of a note, then English is the default locale of the note.
  • A note is unique in any locale. For example, if a note text, This is a sample note is in the English locale, then the same note text cannot be used in the French locale.
