To successfully synchronize a packaging hierarchy data between PIM and Syndication, you must prepare your data model in PIM as follows:
- The packaging hierarchy relationship name must be modelled as haschild.
- The quantity relationship attribute must be modelled at a relationship level with syndigoInternalPackagingQuantity.
- The packaging type attribute must be modelled at an entity level with syndigoInternalPackagingTypeCode.
If you are unable to align with the above naming standards, please raise a service request to the Support team. You must also provide them the required packaging hierarchy relationship name, quantity relationship attribute, and packaging type attribute details.
