Add and manage reference tables and reference records seamlessly from the Reference Data Management page.
For example, “color” is a reference table, and Blue, Black, and Green are its reference data records.

Note:

Only the Administrator can add, edit, or delete reference tables and/or reference data records.

  2. In the Add Reference Data Table dialog, enter the Display Name field for your reference table.
    By default,
    • The Internal Name is automatically generated based on the Display Name and prefixed with “ref”. In case the Display Name consists of special characters, the application considers only letters and/or numbers and ignores any special characters while automatically generating the Internal Name.
    • The Code and Value attributes are displayed.
  3. Click the Add Attribute button to add more attribute rows.
