How to bulk publish products to a recipient

Bulk Publish allows you to publish multiple selected products to a specific recipient in a single action. The system validates each product during publishing and flags any that fail readiness checks. This streamlined workflow improves efficiency while maintaining data quality and consistency.

To publish products in bulk to a recipient:

Go to the Products page, click on the Add Filter tab, and select the Recipient filter.
Filter the recipient based on the business need.
Select the required recipient from the list and click Apply.

Tip:

The recipient type is displayed as a sub-text of the recipient.

Select the required products and click Bulk Publish .
icon to publish the selected products to the chosen recipient.

Note:

A maximum of 500 products can be published at a time. If more products are selected, only the first 500 will be published.

A confirmation dialogue appears. Once the user confirms, the system processes the request and displays the Bulk Publish modal, listing all products that failed to publish.

Note:

Products cannot be published until all data quality issues are resolved and all recipient requirements are met.
