How to view recent activities of your product

Track all the user-initiated and/or system-generated changes, such as Add, Update, and Remove actions on attributes and/or relationships. These chronological logs provide transparency and a clear view of data evolution.

In the Recent Activity dialog, you can:

  • View and filter recent activities.
  • View attributes, relationships, and relationship attributes log details.
  • Open the related PDP/ADP using the link provided in the Related Product column.

Based on the action that you perform on the attribute value, the Recent Activity grid displays the following details:

Add Displays the new value and username. Displays the new value, related product/asset, and username. Displays the new value and username.
Update Displays old value, new value, and username. NA Displays old value, new value, and username.
Remove Displays the old value and username. Displays related product/asset, and username. Displays the old value and username.
Notes:
  • By default, you can view the logs for non-localizable attributes in the default data language, while logs for localizable attributes are displayed in the selected data language.

  • If you select multiple data languages from the Data Language selector in PDP, you can view the log details for localizable attributes in all the selected data languages. However, non-localizable attributes are displayed only in the default data language.

View and filter recent activities

You can view and filter the product-related activities by attribute in the Recent Activity dialog.

To filter the recent activities by attribute:

  1. In PDP, click the Recent Activity icon from the side panel.

    The Recent Activity of < Product Name> dialog displays all the recent activity details of your product.

  2. Click the Add Filter button to display the Attributes dropdown list.

  3. Select the attribute (color) to view filtered activities.
