Conflicting Notes Validation

The system validates the Application record against the other Applications within the Application Group for potential Conflicting Notes. If any two application records have the same set of VCdb attributes, part number except Notes, then the Application records are identified as “Conflict”. The system rejects the associated Application Groups. The rejected Application groups are sent to the user for review with a valid error message under the "Task Details" section.

For example, the applications having the same part number, same VCdb attributes, and different notes are imported to the system.
