Search Entities in Workflow

You can search for entities that are participating in a particular workflow step or part of the Business Condition from the My To-Do's widget.

Consider you wish to search for entities in Unassigned tasks in the workflow step "Plant Document Submission" in the "Plant Enrichment" workflow step.

To search for entities in a particular workflow step:

1. On the navigation menu, click the Home app.

   Result: The Home dashboard is displayed.

2. Select Unassigned from the drop-down list.

Result: The My To-Do's widget refreshes and displays all the workflows that are unassigned.

3. Click on the workflow step.

   Result: The Search page is displayed with all the entities that are applicable to the selected workflow step.

Or
a. Click on the More Details link to view the submit required documents of the workflow step.

b. Click on the submit required documents.

Result: The Search page displays all the entities that are part of the selected business condition.

4. Enter the keyword in the search bar and press Enter.
   Result: The entities are displayed based on the search criteria.
