The Workflow Designer page allows you to create new workflows, create activities and actions, and define properties for each of these actions and activities.
Consider that you wish to create Product Introduction in the Workflow Designer page.
To create a new workflow:

On the navigation menu, click Configurations > Workflow Designer app.
Result: The Workflow Designer page is displayed.

Select Create New Workflow from the Select Workflow drop-down.

Result: The Workflow Designer page displays the following panels.

| Activities | The left panel of the Workflow Designer page displays the Activities such as Split, Human Work, Human Approval, System Activity, Publish, and Merge in a flowchart. For more information, see Overview of Workflow Designer, Parallel Workflow Steps. |
| ActivityBuilder | The center panel of the Workflow Designer displays the first workflow flow (Start) by default. You can create, link, drag and drop, move, edit, and delete the activities and actions. |
| Properties | The right panel displays the properties of each activity and action. You can edit these properties based on your requirement. For more information, see Edit an Existing Workflow. |

Drag and drop an activity from the Activities panel to the Activity Builder and link the activities using appropriate arrows. For more information, see Overview of Workflow Designer.

Select the Product Submission activity from Activity Builder panel.
Result: The Properties panel displays the fields relevant to the selected activity.

Click on the Action node to set the properties.
Result: The Properties panel displays the fields relevant to the selected action. A sample screenshot of the Action property is displayed.

Enter the required details in the Properties panel.

In case you do not fill the mandatory fields, the application displays Error on page dialog box.

In the properties panel, you can perform the following: -
Update: To Update any human activity, click on the Action node to display the Properties panel and edit the required fields. Click anywhere in the Activity Builder panel to display the updated action node.

Delete: If you wish to delete any Action from the workflow, select the Action and press Delete. The selected action is deleted from the workflow.
6a. Click Fix to return to the Workflow Designer page. Enter the details for all the mandatory fields.

Repeat steps 3, 4, 5, and 6 to add more activities and actions to design the workflow.

Click Save to publish the newly created workflow.
Result: The Save Workflow dialog box is displayed.

Enter the Workflow Name, Workflow Long Name, and Workflow Version and click Save.

Result: A confirmation message Workflow created is displayed.

Click the Refresh icon to view the newly created workflow in the Selected Workflow drop-down.
