Let us consider a scenario where you want to view the task status of the exported Part data. Perform the following:

Select BMEcat Export from the Type dropdown menu on the Task Status pane.

Click View Details to view more information about the required task details.
Result: The task details page is displayed.
The following screenshot depicts the information about the exported Part data displayed on the Errors/Messages tab.

To download the report file of the exported Part data with the task status Completed with errors , click the Download Report icon.
Result: The report file is downloaded in your local folder.
The following sample file is the exported report file:

The report file can be downloaded only for the tasks with task statuses namely Completed with errors and Errored.

The following are the possible task statuses of the exported Part data:

Completed: Indicates that the data has been successfully exported because the Part entity has all the required attribute values. For example, out of the 10 Parts that are selected for data export, all the 10 Parts have the required attribute values.

Errored: Indicates that the data has not been successfully exported because the Part entity does not have all the required attribute values. For example, out of the 10 Parts that are selected for data export, none of the Parts have the required attribute values.

Completed with errors: Indicates the partial success of the export operation because all the Part entities do not have the required attribute values. For example, out of the 10 Parts selected for data export, only eight Parts have the required attribute values. For more information, see Task Status.
