The Dashboard provides the flexibility to add, remove, rearrange, and customize the widgets according to your day-to-day workflows.
You can personalize your Dashboard with the following key widgets:
- Workflow and Data Quality: My To-Do’s and Catalog Readiness
- Search and Discovery: Recently Updated Products
- Syndication: Readiness Tracker and Publication Status Tracker

Add widget
You can add a widget to your Dashboard to view the most relevant information and prioritize tasks based on your business needs.
To add a widget:
- In the Dashboard page, click the Edit Dashboard > Add Widget button.
- In the Add widget to Dashboard page, click the Add button on the widget you want to add. For example, My To-Do’s.
A new My To-Do’s widget is displayed as the first widget in the layout. - Perform steps 2 and 3 to add more widgets.
- Click Done.

You can add the same widget multiple times to the Dashboard and personalize each widget independently to display different data based on your business needs.
Personalize widget
You can customize each widget to view the information that matters most to you. Personalizing widgets helps you focus on essential data, streamline your daily tasks, and work more efficiently.
To customize the widget:
- In the Dashboard page, click the Edit Dashboard button.
- Click the Edit Widget icon on any of the following widgets you want to customize.

| Readiness Tracker | Enter Details – Provide a custom title for your widget. Recipient – Click the dropdown and select the recipient. |
| Publication Status Tracker | Enter Details – Provide a custom title for your widget. Toggle on or off to show or hide the required recipients in the widget. |
- Click Save Changes.
You can further adjust widgets with the following actions based on your preferences.

Expand and collapse a widget
Expanding a widget increases its visible area on the Dashboard, enabling you to view more detailed information. This action is useful when you are monitoring the key metric areas, reviewing detailed charts, or when you want to temporarily prioritize a specific widget.
Collapsing a widget provides a compact view while still being available on the Dashboard. This action is useful when you want to reduce the dashboard clutter or when you want to focus on other widgets in parallel.

Move a widget
Moving a widget enables you to rearrange or reposition the widgets based on your requirements. This action allows you to rearrange the frequently used widgets into prominent positions, optimizing the screen space based on your usage pattern. This rearrangement is intuitive and does not affect the data within the widget.

Remove a widget
Removing a widget allows you to delete the widget from the current dashboard view without affecting the data within the application. This action is useful when the widget is not relevant to you or when you want to build the most streamlined Dashboard.
Once removed, the widget is no longer displayed on the Dashboard, but you can add it at anytime from the Add Widget option.
