The Dashboard page serves as the default landing page when you log in, providing a consolidated view of all the key widgets.

You can tailor the Dashboard view by editing and managing the widgets based on your business needs. These widgets help you to monitor the products, track workflows, perform validation checks, view catalog status, and syndication updates.

You can view the products in the Dashboard widgets based on your user permissions.

My To-Do’s

The My To-Do’s widget allows you to closely monitor and manage your product data quality and workflow progression in real-time. You can customize the widget based on a specific workflow and workflow step. In this widget, you can view products that have failed to meet the predefined business conditions and products that require approval for the next workflow progression.

The My To-Do’s widget in the Dashboard offers the following key features:

  • Product count

    • Displays the total number of products linked to the associated business condition.

    • Displays the total number of products that are ready for the next workflow progression.

  • Filter products

    • Filter the product list to focus on a specific product catalog by selecting a saved filter from the dropdown.

    • Filter by business conditions or ready for transition by clicking the respective tile containing product counts.

  • Products list view

    • Displays a list of products with details such as name, ID, and the status of Business condition.
  • Status indicator

    • Red – Indicates products that have data quality issues and require action.

    • Green - Indicates the products that are ready for workflow transition.

  • Dashboard navigations

    • Click on products to address the data quality issues or move a product to the next workflow step in PDP.

    • Click See all products to view all the products in the Products page.

  • Widget customization

    • Customize the widget title, workflow, and workflow activity.
Note:

You can scroll and view up to 100 products only. Beyond that, you can click on See all products to view all the results on the Products page.

Catalog Readiness

The Catalog Readiness widget provides a percentage-based overview of your catalog readiness across various statuses such as Needs Attention, Getting Started, Almost there, and Fully Ready. You can track the readiness levels across the required key functional areas, for example, Pricing, Logistics, Marketing, and Compliance.

The catalog readiness chart provides a color-coded visualization of catalog completeness. For each category, the colored segments indicate the product readiness level across various statuses.

The Catalog Readiness widget in the Dashboard offers the following key features:

  • Readiness status indicator

    • Displays a vertical color-coded bar for each selected functional area, displaying status distributions along the Y-axis.

    • Color segments represent individual product readiness level:

      • Red (Needs Attention): Products whose readiness level ranges from 0-35% require immediate action.

      • Yellow (Getting Started): Products with a partial readiness level ranges from 36-70%.

      • Blue (Almost There): Products whose readiness level ranges from 71-99% are nearly complete but still have some missing details.

      • Green (Fully Ready): Products whose readiness level is 100% have met all the readiness criteria and may not require further updates.

  • Widget navigation

    • Click on the color segments to view the associated products in the Products page.
  • Widget customization

    • Customize the widget title and enable or disable the configured categories.

Saved Filters

The Saved Filters widget provides quick access to frequently used search criteria or predefined product sets directly from the Dashboard, without having to redefine the filters each time.

Using this widget, you can open the saved search results in the Products page with the selected filter, and consistently track and monitor the same product sets for accuracy and efficiency.

The Saved Filters widget in the Dashboard offers the following key features:

  • Saved filters count

    • Displays the total count of available Saved Filters on the widget header.
  • Search

    • Displays a Search box to find a saved filter.

    • Click the All dropdown to refine the list of filters either by Created by me or Created by others.

  • Saved filters list

    • Displays a list of saved filters sorted alphabetically, each with the following details:

      • The thumbnails of a maximum of four products

      • The Saved Filter name

      • The count of products it contains

      • The username who created the Saved Filter and access type, such as Shared with everyone or All others with my role.

      • If the Saved Filter is created by you, it displays only “Created by You”.

  • Widget navigation

    • Click a saved filter to quickly view the associated products in the Products page.
  • Favorite filters

    • Displays a Start icon corresponding to the filter, which indicates that the filter is a favorite. You can mark or unmark the filter from Favorites.

My Favorite Products

The My Favorite Products widget provides a quick view of the products you have marked as favorites. In this widget, you can view up to 50 favorited products and directly navigate to PDP to manage them.

The My Favorite Products widget in the Dashboard offers the following key features:

  • Product count

    • Displays the total count of your favourite products.
  • Product list and sorting

    • Displays a list of your favourite products, each with the following details:

      • The thumbnail/primary image of a product

      • The product name and ID

      • Date, time, and user who last updated the product

    • Displays the products based on the recency of marking a product as favorite.

  • Unmark from favorite

    • Hover over a product and click on the Star icon to unmark the product from favorites.
  • Widget navigation

    • Click on the product to seamlessly navigate to PDP.

Recently Updated Products

The Recently Updated Products widget provides a quick view of the 100 most recently updated products with date, time, and the user who last updated them. You can monitor the recently updated products in real-time and quickly access the products directly from the Dashboard.

The Saved Filters widget in the Dashboard offers the following key features:

  • Product list

    • Displays a list of recently updated products sorted based on the recency of update and grouped under Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, and This month and Older.

    • Each product is displayed with the following details:

      • The thumbnail/primary image of a product

      • The product name and ID

      • Date, time, and user who last updated the product

  • Widget navigation

    • Click on the product to seamlessly navigate to PDP.
  • Widget customization

    • Customize the widget title and include or exclude your changes.

Sync Tracker

The Sync Tracker widget provides a centralized view of the synchronization status of published products.

When a product is published to a recipient, the recipient reviews the content and may request changes. Based on this feedback, you can update the product content and republish it for further review. This review cycle continues until the recipient approves the product. Upon approval, the product status is updated to Synchronized.

Use the Sync Tracker widget to:

  • Monitor products that are currently under review
  • Identify items that require updates or republishing
  • Track progress toward full synchronization

This helps ensure that all published products complete the review cycle efficiently and reach a synchronized state.

The widget in the dashboard offers the following tabs:

Action Needed

The Actions Needed tab displays products that are waiting on your action, such as recipient feedback that requires review, updates, or republishing.

Each product highlights the required action, enabling you to quickly identify and complete next steps.

Filter by recipient type and navigate to All to view product statuses that require action:

In this tab, the product statuses include:

  • All: The products that are first time published or have updates.
  • First-Time Publication: Products that you have never published to a recipient.
  • Updates: A previously published product has been updated and republished to the recipient.

Overview

Displays all published products and their current status, including successfully synchronized items. Also identifies products that are not synchronized due to pending actions, errors, or other recipient-side issues.

Navigate to All Statuses to view product overview statuses by recipient type. Filter products by a specific publication status:
Overview_Sync Tracker

  • Pending Recipient Action: Product data is being processed and prepared to send to the recipient.
  • Pending Delivery: Product data is queued and waiting to be included in the next feed sent to the recipient.
  • Error: Products that encountered an error during publishing. The Syndigo team resolves these errors automatically. If a product remains in error for an extended period, contact Syndigo Support by visiting Support Request | Syndigo or call 855-SYNDIGO.
  • Synchronized: Products that are successfully published and synchronized with the recipient.
  • Publishing: Products are being processed to send out to the recipient.
  • Awaiting Subscription: Some retailers or recipients require an active subscription before your product data can be delivered to them. After the subscription is set up, Syndigo automatically approves it so your content can begin flowing. No manual action is required on your end.
  • Rejected: Products that are rejected by the recipient and cannot be published further.

Saved Filters

  • To filter products in the widget, Click the Saved Filters drop-down. For more information, see Saved Filters.
  • Click on the product to seamlessly navigate to PDP.

Customize the widget title and select the Recipients based on business needs. For more information, see Personalize widget.

Readiness Tracker

The Readiness Tracker widget displays all products linked to a recipient that are not yet published. It provides each product's readiness score and highlights the specific actions required, such as adding content, attributes, or assets, to meet the recipient's requirements for successful syndication, helping you get products to 100% readiness and publish them efficiently.

The widget provides the following key features based on the selected recipient type:

Fix Packaging Hierarchy Displays the total number of products that have packaging hierarchy errors and must be resolved before publishing to the recipient. ✔️

Filtered products

  • Select the appropriate recipient from the recipient dropdown list.
  • Users can filter products using a saved filter. For more information, see Saved Filters.
  • Widget navigation
    • Click on the product to seamlessly navigate to PDP.
  • Widget customization
    • Customize the widget title and select the Recipients based on business needs. For more information, see Personalize widget.

Publication Status Tracker

The Publication Status Tracker widget allows you to monitor the publication status summary of each recipient in real-time. You can view the publication progress in the stacked progress bar, which helps you to identify the potential issues at both the recipient and product levels.

The Publication Status Tracker widget in the Dashboard offers the following key features:

  • Widget details

    • Displays the total count of recipients and the last updated details.
  • Publication Status

    • Displays the distribution of products (count) across various Publication statuses.

    • Displays the total count of products for each recipient.

    • Displays recipient type (Core, GDSN and Manually Configured) as subtext beneath each recipient name.

    • The publication status is represented in the stacked bar that indicates product counts in different statuses:

      • pxc-grey-color-palette : Products that are Rejected, Not Published, Withdraw Delete, and/or Withdraw Correction.

      • pxc-red-color-palette : Products that are Pending Supplier Action, and/or Errors

      • pxc-orange-color-palette :Products that are Publishing, Published Awaiting Subscription, Pending Delivery, and/or Pending Recipient Action.

      • pxc-green-color-palette :Products that are Synchronized.

  • Search and sort

    • Displays a Search box to find recipients.

    • Displays sort icons corresponding to the Recipients and Publication Status headers. By default, Recipients are sorted (top-down) based on the highest percentage of products that require attention (Red).

  • Widget navigation

    • Click on the total count or on the individual publication statuses to view the associated products in the Products page.
  • Widget customization

    • Customize the widget title and enable or disable Recipients based on business needs.
Note:

For manually configured recipients, only Not Published, Pending Delivery, and Synchronized statuses are displayed.
