Enhance the product visibility and sales potential by establishing strategic relationships between the products like Accessories, Cross Sell, Up Sell, and so on.
You can add or remove the product relationships from the Relationships tab in PDP. Only the relationship attributes will be editable within the grid. Double click to perform Inline Editing within the grid.
For example, consider a product "Smart Phone 16" that has the following relationships with multiple products.

Cross Sell -- Involves products that are suggested to enhance usability or provide additional functionality for a product.
For example, a Digital Pen. -
Up Sell -- Involves premium or expensive versions of your product.
For example, Smart Phone 16 Pro, Smart Phone 16 Pro Max. -
Accessories -- Involves the items that are used with your product, but not necessarily essential for its usability or functionality.
For example, Display Glass, Transparent Back Case.
Add relationships to a product
You can add various relationships like Accessories, Cross Sell, and Up Sell to a product from the Relationships tab.
To add relationships:

Go to PDP and click the Relationships tab.

Click the Add button on the Accessories accordion.

In the Add Relationship -- Accessories dialog, select the products and click Add.

Similarly, add products for the Cross Sell and Up Sell relationships.
Manage relationship attributes
You can perform seamless inline editing on the relationship attributes that describe/define the association between two products in a relationship.
In the Relationships table, you can edit only the relationship attributes of the related products by double-clicking on a cell or by keyboard shortcuts similar to the Bulk Edit grid.

Upon adding relationships, you can perform the following:

Select the product and click the Remove icon to remove the relationship from your product. |
