How to manage recipients

Link recipients for one or more products in bulk from the Products page or manage recipients for a single product individually from PDP.

Link multiple products to Recipient(s) from Products page

You can select multiple products and link Recipient(s) in bulk from the Products page.

To link multiple products to Recipient(s):

1. Go to Products page and select the products.

2. Click the Link Recipient icon.
   

3. Select the recipients from the UNSELECTED list.
   The selected Recipients are automatically listed under the SELECTED list.
   

4. Click Link Recipient.
   A confirmation popup is displayed.

5. Click Link Recipient to confirm.
   You can view the progress of the recipient updates.
   

6. Click Close once the process is completed.

Link a product to recipients from PDP

You can link a product to one or more recipients from PDP.

To link a product to recipients:

1. Go to PDP and click the Publication Status Tracker icon.

2. Click Add Recipients.
   

3. Select recipients from the UNLINKED list. The already linked recipients are displayed under the LINKED list. You can also unlink any recipients, if required.
   

4. Click Save Changes.
   A confirmation popup is displayed.

5. Click Confirm to save the recipient changes.
   You can view the selected recipients with the default publication status as "Not Published".
   

You can also perform any of the following in the Publication Status Tracker drawer after adding one or more recipients:

• Search for recipients

• Click the Manage Recipients button to link or unlink the recipients.

• Hover over the recipient to display the (Continue to recipient page) icon, if the product is already synced to the CES application. Click the icon to navigate to the Recipient account in the CES application.

Other scenarios

You can view the following messages in the Publication Status Tracker drawer:

• If the product is not ready for syndication.
  

• If the product data changes even after it is synced/syndicated.
