How to personalize your search results view

Personalize the search results view by selecting the required attributes and properties to focus on specific search results. Additionally, you can add filters and further sort to organize your data.

You can create, edit, duplicate, or delete a personalized view for both Table and Tile views on the Products and Digital Assets page.

Create a personalized view

You can create a new personalized view with required attributes and/or properties, and pin or arrange columns as needed.

To create a personalized view:

1. Go to Products, click the Views dropdown.
   
2. Select + Create New View.
3. In the Create View dialog, ensure you enter a unique view name that does not match any existing views created within the same view (Table or Tile view).
4. In the Attributes tab, click “+” to add the required attributes.
   
5. Similarly, add the required properties from the Properties tab.
6. Click Create.

Edit a personalized view

You can edit an existing personalized view to add, remove, pin, or reorder the attributes and/or properties as needed.

To edit a view:

1. Go to Products, click the Views dropdown.
2. Hover over the existing view and click the vertical ellipses.
3. Select Edit View from the list.
   
4. In the Edit View dialog, add, remove, reorder, or pin the required attributes and/or properties.
5. Click Save Changes.

Duplicate a personalized view

You can create a new view by duplicating an existing view and updating as needed instead of creating a new one.

To duplicate a view:

1. Go to the Products page, click the Views dropdown.
2. Hover over the existing view and click the vertical ellipses.
3. Select Duplicate View from the list.
   
4. In the Duplicate View dialog, the view name is prefixed as “Copy of <<view name>>”.
5. Rename the view name, add, remove, reorder, or pin the attributes and/or properties as required.
6. Click Duplicate.

Delete a personalized view

You can delete a personalized view that is no longer needed.

To delete a personalized view:

1. Go to Products, click the Views dropdown.
2. Hover over the view and click the vertical ellipses.
3. Select Delete View from the list.
   
4. In the Delete View dialog, confirm that you want to delete the view.
