The Publication checklist appears with actionable steps in the PDP panel when product details are missing or any specific attention is needed for a product.
The checklist includes the following actionable steps:
- Categorize Product: Select the appropriate category for the product.
- Fill out required attributes: Populate required blank attribute fields.
- Fix critical errors: Action needed to resolve the critical erros (if any).
Perform the following steps in the recipient PDP to address the checklist requirements:
Categorize Product
To categorize the product into a specific taxonomy:

Click Categorize under the Categorize Product step. The Target Taxonomy-Product Category modal is displayed.

Select the desired product category from the list. Click Save changes in the recipient PDP to save the chosen category.
Fill out required attributes
To fill the required attributes:

Click Required Attributes under Fill out required attributes to display the fields that must be completed.

Populate all necessary attributes and click Save Changes to update the changes.
Fix critical errors
To fix the critical errors:

Click on Critical Errors under Fix critical errors to review the issue(s).

Correct the errors in the attribute fields and click Save Changes to save.

After all the checklist steps are addressed, the Get product 100% ready to publish score (readiness score) reaches 100%, and the Publish button becomes active.
Additional Information
You are allowed to re-categorize the product at any time. Click Edit category when you need to update the product category.
