The Add Filter in the Products and Digital Assets page provides a flexible option to search a specific product set based on the product or asset details. From the Add Filter popover, you can select one or more filters, such as attributes, data quality, or system attributes.
- Attributes to search products based on a specific attribute.
- Data Quality to search products based on a specific business condition.
- System Properties to search products based on system properties.
For each filter, you can select an operator and a value to define a specific search criterion. For more information, see Supported Filter Operators.
Note:
If no value is selected or entered, the filter uses the Has Value operator as the default search criteria.
To search products using filters:
- Go to Products page and click the Add Filter button.
- Select the filters.
- Attributes > Marketing Readiness Score (Operator: Is, and Value: 100) and Color (Operator: Is Any, and Value: Black, Brown, Green)
- Data Quality > Pricing Attributes Required (Value: Passed)
- System Properties > Modified Date (Operator: Is, and Value: Last 3 months)
The following are the actions you can perform on filters:
- Click on the filter to update the selection (operator and value).
- Hover over the filter and click View Actions to pin or disable the filter.
- Click X on the filter to remove it from the search criterion.
