The application provides the feature of rejecting new applications that have validation issues during the second load operation, without rejecting the current Application Groups (AGs) and its corresponding applications. To successfully add new applications, you must resolve the application errors and reupload the application(s) to the required AG(s).
Manage New Applications Rejected Due to Validation Issues
Scenario:
Let us consider a scenario where YWXJY Parking Brake Adjusting Lever Retainer (Catalog) is our entity. One application was added to AG-1 during the first load operation. During the second load operation, you add two new applications with Application ID namely 2 and 3 to AG-1 with ApplicationGroup Key namely 130376-USA_JJBS_1443479531. These applications have Duplicates and conflicting_applications validation issues with the current application. Therefore, only the new applications are rejected. The status of the remaining one application in AG-1 is No Change. The errored_applications_filename.xlsx report file displays information about the invalid new applications. Let us consider a scenario where Rev9Power Alternator (Catalog) is our entity. One application was added to AG-1 during the first load operation. During the second load operation, you add four new applications with Application ID namely 4,5,6,and 7 to AG-1 with ApplicationGroup Key namely 130376-USA_JJBS_1443479532. Two of the four applications have duplicates validation issues with the current application. Therefore, all the four new applications are rejected. The status of the remaining one application in AG-1 is No Change. The report applications_filename.xlsx report file displays information about the rejected applications. Task Status of Applications and AGs
To view the errors or messages of the uploaded applications and to download the corresponding report files, perform the following:

Click Load Lineage and select the required Task ID.

To download the report file of the applications that are rejected or have validation issues, click Downloads > report.zip.
