Recipient list operations

To view and interact with the recipient list in the Syndication panel, perform the following operations:

Sort Recipients

Click on the recipient sorting tab and select the required sorting option from the list.

Recipient (A–Z) (Default): Recipients are arranged in ascending alphabetical order.
Recipient (Z–A): Recipients are arranged in descending alphabetical order, starting from Z and ending at A.
Publication Status (A–Z): Sorts the publication statuses of the recipients in ascending alphabetical order.
Publication Status (Z–A): Sorts the publication statuses of the recipients in descending alphabetical order.
Readiness Score (High–Low): Recipients are sorted by readiness score, from highest to lowest.
Readiness Score (Low–High): Recipients are sorted by readiness score, from lowest to highest.

Use the search bar to find the required recipient(s).

Click on a recipient in the list to display recipient-specific data.
