Digital Assets

The Digital Assets page serves as the central workspace to view, search, filter, and manage assets, such as images, videos, audio, and documents, within the application. It offers a complete catalog view of all the assets and allows you to efficiently organize and manage asset metadata.

By default, the Digital Assets page is displayed in Tile view. You can seamlessly switch between Tile and Table view to suit your visual preferences.

The following are key components of the Digital Assets page.

Search and Filters

The Digital Assets page allows you to quickly search specific assets using AI-powered search, asset filters, or saved filter groups.

C Add Filter Apply filters to refine your search results based on attributes, data quality, and/or system properties.

Search results grid

The search results grid displays all the assets in a structured layout supporting both Table and Tile views for flexible data visualization and management.

You can view and manage the asset metadata individually or perform bulk actions for multiple assets at once.

  • Tile view – Displays assets in a card-style layout with key attributes along with the asset thumbnail. This view provides a visual summary of each asset.
  • Table View – Displays products in a grid-style layout with columns representing the key attributes.
    • Customize the grid layout by rearranging, resizing, pinning, or removing columns.
    • Sort the data alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) by clicking the sort icons on the column headers.
Note:

You can create a personalized view with the required attributes and properties for both Table and Tile views. For more information, see How to personalize your search results view.
